On TerraFirmA, some mobiles are Tollkeepers; in order to pass them, you
need to PAY them a certain number of credits.  The price of tolls varies
from one Tollkeeper to another.  Once you have paid the toll, you are
allowed to pass through only once; if, for any reason, you need to pass
a second time, you will have to pay the toll again.
