INFO STOLEN

Watch out when you STEAL something - the penalties may be more severe 
than you think!
If you are seen by a Police mobile with a stolen item, you will be arrested
and the item will be confiscated.  All confiscated goods are placed in the 
Lost Property Store in the town walls in HamelinINFO STOLEN

Storekeepers will not accept stolen goods, but these items can be sold to 
fences (see INFO FENCE) who will pay only halfINFO STOLEN
