How players can fight other players.

o--Do's--o

*   You MUST ask an Untouchable for a DEATHWISH (see DEATHWISH) on the 
    player you wish to kill. 
*   Player kill for credits! Failure to meet these recommendations will result 
    in the DEATH of the attacker. The only other time where you may 
    legitimately kill another player without a prior deathwish is under 
    tournament conditions (see INFO TOURNAMENT).  The trouble is you won't
    know who it is you are killing.     

o--Dont's--o

*  You CANNOT player kill if ANY of the parties are below Charmer (see LEVELS).
*  You may NOT kill a player by group killing.
*  You may NOT SUMMON (see SUMMON) a player to be killed, you must find the 
   player.
*  You may NOT repeatedly kill a player, one week must transpire.
*  You may NOT purposely try and annoy other players - you must request a 
   DEATHWISH (see DEATHWISH).
