Command     : TSCORE
Description : Tournament score
Usage       : tscore

Display the score for all players during a tournament.  These are calculated
on the basis of numbers of kills and deaths.  Every time you kill a mobile or
another player, you are credited with points, and every time you are killed by
another player or a mobile, you lose points.
