Command     : SHOUT
Description : shout something
Keywords    : YELL
Usage       : shout <message>
Example     : shout I'm off now, bye!

Shout a message to all players.  The message will be heard by everyone on
TerraFirmA, so long as they aren't deaf.  Be careful, don't shout too much,
as it is quite draining on your strength.

Please bear in mind those people who have slower links than yourself.
