Command     : SAYTO
Description : Say something to a specific person in your location
Usage       : sayto <player> <message>
Example     : sayto Moses You seem quieter than normal today - is everything OK?

Say something to a specific person in your location.  Everyone else in the 
same location as yourself will hear what you say, unless they are otherwise 
handicapped (e.g. deafened), just as with a normal SAY.  However, it
will also be shown that you are directing what you say towards a particular 
person.
