Command     : HELP
Description : Help on help
Usage       : help
            : help <command>
            : help <player/mobile>
Example     : help Holly

With no arguments, this commands shows you a list of the commands you can use.
If you specify the name of a command as well, then you will see more detailed 
help on that command.  (But you already know that or you wouldn't be reading 
this!)

It is also possible to help another player to carry out some task using this 
command.
