HELP EAT

Command     : EAT
Description : Eat something
Usage       : eat <object>
            : eat food
Example     : eat sandwich

You will eat something as long as it is possible to eat it.  You can do
this to regain lost strength.  Edible objects usually also have the name
'food' as well as their actual name (e.g. 'pie'), so typing 'eat food'
will cause you to eat the first one of any edible objects you are carrying.
