Command     : DISMISS
Description : Cancel a spell
Usage       : dismiss <spell>
            : dismiss <spell> <mobile> 
            : dismiss <spell> <object>
            : dismiss <spell> <player>
Example     : dismiss dim
            : dismiss dim Firefly

This will remove the spell specified from the target specified.  If no
target is specified, it will remove the spell from you yourself or from
the location in which you are.
