Command     : CONFIGURE
Description : Configure your character
Usage       : configure

Enter a menu-based system that allows the setting of various options.
Options that are flags can be toggled by entering their letter. For
other options, you should enter the letter and then the data.

This system can also be accessed from the main login menu by entering 'C'.
