Example     : : falls off a log.

Perform a nonstandard action in front of everyone in the location you are in.
The : is replaced by your name.  So if you type:

	: falls off a log.

everyone else will see

	YourName falls off a log.

At low levels this will only work in certain locations on TerraFirmA.

At a higher level (see INFO PRIVS) you are able to use emote commands in any 
location on TerraFirmA you choose.
